Where are they now?

We all have our favourites over the years, horses that we follow and watch closely. If you're anything like me, you may wonder what's happened to your old favourites, after their career has ended. I have had so many favourites that it's hard to name them all, but the ones that first come to mind would be Run and Skip, Midnight Madness, Roberty Lea, Twist and Turn, Private Views, Sir Jest and Just So. I know Run and Skip lived a long and happy retirement, Private Views was sadly killed at Aintree (what a character he was) and Midnight Madness died of a heart attack while racing. I'm not sure about the rest.

I'm no expert on racing, just a fan. Neither do I have "connections" in the industry to provide me with answers. But I thought it might be nice to have a message board dedicated to all of our old favourites, and maybe between us we can come up with some answers and some stories.
